We felt that it was time to go back to Interalpen Hotel in Austria in order to regain our health/fitness!
This was our second visit.
Their spa area is amazing! There are 3 sauna/steam areas in the hotel.
The 1st one is in proper local style. Everyone should be naked there! They even have a small grotto style of spa pool.
The 2nd one is by the pool. We can wear swim suits in this area.
The 3rd one is in the changing room. I did not see anyone there during my stay though.
If you want to be healthy, you definitely have to join the sauna/steam sessions. (at 12 & 5PM) Sauna Masters there. They give us very good detox sessions! Plus we feel free when we are naked!? hahaha 😁😇

During our stay we had a special event of Kitchen Gala party. We had our dinner in the kitchen! ↓↓
We even made new friends at this gala party!
Really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. We will definitely go back there.
The most important thing is that we feel healthier now!!!
