Alain Ducasse at The Dorchester London


We always book Alain Ducasse on our celebratory occasions. It is in the Dorchester Hotel.


Nice to see the same faces there! Staff people are always friendly.


Sorry, I forgot to take photos at the beginning. It always starts with a glass of champagne. Amuse-bouche was a small grilled mullet with white asparagus (if my memory was right) and I had foie gras for starter.









Forgot to take a photo of desert. I had orange/rosemary soufflé.





They have a trolley for fresh herb tea. ↑↑ They pick some leaves and make original infusion!









We are always impressed with excellent services.


We also like their sweets after desert. They packed some sweets for us so we appreciated it even the next day!


We have some favourite restaurants in London but cannot think of another restaurant for our special occasions.


Anyway 'BIG SMILE' again!!! (^O^)
