Haggis!!! Burns Supper at Caledonian Club London ♪♪

We were invited to the Burns Supper at Caledonian Club in Knightsbridge.


This was a traditional Scottish event.


We do not have any connection with Scotland so everything was new for us.


It was the first time to try Haggis. I asked the people around me not to mention the ingredients when I was eating!!! (^o^);

I have not been to Scotland yet. Might be time to make plans for a holiday in Scotland?!

Palace Hotel Tokyo ♪♪

We stayed at Palace Hotel Tokyo.


It became our favourite hotel in Tokyo.


The view from our balcony was awesome!

 Even can see the Emperor's palace!

The view was much better than the other hotels such as Peninsula Tokyo/Imperial Tokyo/Hotel Okura. (Not only the view but also the service!)


The room was just our taste. It reminded me Aman resorts/GHM Chedi.


We cannot wait to go back there!


If you are looking for a good hotel in Tokyo, this hotel is highly recommended.

Skiing in Niseko Japan & Hotel Tsuruga Konbu-Onsen Mokunosho ♪♪

We went to Niseko Japan for skiing!

There were many tourists from all over the world. In the restaurants everything was written in both Japanese & English. You do not have to hesitate to go there because of Japanese language!


This time we hired skies & ski boots. They even delivered the items to our hotel. (No hustle at all!!!)


Really nice to ski on the powder snow!!!




We stayed at Niseko Konbu-onsen Tsuruga Moku no sho.


It was a great hotel. Room was spacious, the food was delicious, nice onsen after skiing & the service was very good.

We really enjoyed all the experiences in Niseko. Cannot wait to go back there!!!

Best Duck in London -Min Jiang- ♪♪

We went to Min Jiang to have nice duck!

'Duck here' makes 'duck at the other restaurants' look like a joke!!!


Completely different league!


You are recommended to pre-order duck when you book a table.


The table by the window is also recommended.


This restaurant is one of the few Chinese restaurants suitable for the special occasions.

Christmas Party at Joel Robuchon ♪♪

I had lunch at Joel Robuchon with my friend.


It was our early Christmas party.

 

Amuse bouche was foie gras parfait! I loved it!


My friend is a fan of Stan Wawrinka! We mainly talked about Richard Gasquet, Stan Wawrinka and English politics.


We were there more than 4hours!!!


After having dessert, they took us to the upstairs bar for coffee/tea, and, you know what, they have just let us stay there as long as we liked! It means no attentive service there. (^^;)


This is a good place for the people who like to have a 'very' long chat with friends! (Good place especially for the ladies!)

Their Christmas decoration was very pretty.
