We went to Min Jiang to have nice duck!

'Duck here' makes 'duck at the other restaurants' look like a joke!!!


Completely different league!


You are recommended to pre-order duck when you book a table.


The table by the window is also recommended.


This restaurant is one of the few Chinese restaurants suitable for the special occasions.

Christmas Party at Joel Robuchon ♪♪

I had lunch at Joel Robuchon with my friend.


It was our early Christmas party.

 

Amuse bouche was foie gras parfait! I loved it!


My friend is a fan of Stan Wawrinka! We mainly talked about Richard Gasquet, Stan Wawrinka and English politics.


We were there more than 4hours!!!


After having dessert, they took us to the upstairs bar for coffee/tea, and, you know what, they have just let us stay there as long as we liked! It means no attentive service there. (^^;)


This is a good place for the people who like to have a 'very' long chat with friends! (Good place especially for the ladies!)

I went to the dentist today.

Really felt winter today. Wet feeling!



By the way we can see Paddington bear statues at many places in London now.

I hear that some people think Paddington bear is not suitable for kids because of no clothes on the lower body?? Is it true??


'If true' I feel ridiculous. Bears in the zoo are not wearing any clothes!!!

Chopin Society Concert on a Sad Day...

It was 'not' a good day for Team France...


After we found out the result, we went to Chopin concert.


The pianist was Yevgeny Sudbin.


He is a marvellous pianist. Very talented.





Because of the result of Team France, everything sounded very sad today...

It seems the bounce very low! The surface (bounce & ball speed wise) is completely different from the courts they played until yesterday!!!


I know they have to play on all the different surfaces because they are professionals... Even so...

Davis Cup Final with Richard Gasquet & My Lunch ♪♪

Today I was planning to play tennis.


When I arrived at the club it started raining...


I normally do not mind playing in the rain, however they did not have any clay type of court. I gave up because their hard and tiger turf courts got very slippery.

Even my rackets look sad... ;(*^*);


I want to have an intensive tennis session when Richard Gasquet is trying hard. He always encourages me!


After a huge disappointment, I had a quick lunch at the whole foods.

Richard Gasquet might have started counting down the days to Davis Cup Final! So do I!


I really want to see his victory smile over this weekend!!!


I am sure all his fans are thinking of him in the same way.


Richard, how could you steal our hearts easily?? (You are doing it all over the world!)

Butlers -The Chesterfield Mayfair- ♪♪

I had lunch with my friend at Butlers restaurant in Mayfair.

As usual I forgot to take a photo of my starter...


We booked our table at 1PM and left the restaurant after 4:30PM!!! Typical girls talk!


The service was very friendly.


The food was 'very' traditional English. You can have a traditional roast from the carving trolley!


When you want to try traditional English dishes, this is the place to go!

We are going to Niseko Japan for skiing!!!

When he is playing in the hot weather, I want to bring him a snow man in the cooler box!

Thai Massage, Japanese Cake & Thai Dinner ♪♪

Today we had nice Thai massage in East Sheen.


In East Sheen there is a small café with nice cakes made by Japanese pastry chef.

Our dinner was Thai today. The restaurant we tried was 'Tom Yum Goong'.

Every dish was absolutely delicious! The service was extremely friendly!


It was a very oriental day today. It was a nice change. We really enjoyed it!

Nadal's Favourite Restaurant in London 'Cambio de Tercio' ♪♪

We went to Cambio de Tercio for lunch.


This is Nadal's favourite Spanish restaurant in London so if you are lucky you might see him at this restaurant during Wimbledon!?

The food was very impressive! I especially liked their desert!


Service was friendly.


I hear that even Richard Gasquet went there to celebrate his birthday.


Not surprisingly, there were many Spanish people there. (Obvious sign of a good Spanish restaurant!)


We are definitely going back!
