Grass & Richard Gasquet
Today I played on the grass court.
It was the first time this year!
Yes, grass season has come!
The grass was very soft due to the beginning of the season. It was like playing on the green carpet!
On the grass court we have many irregular shots and sometimes not predictable. Plus it was a bit windy today so made it even more difficult.
Talking of grass season, Wimbledon is coming soon!
I have been waiting for Richard Gasquet. I believe that grass is his favourite surface. (He is now still in the clay season though.)
Really hoping he can come back to London for World Finals at the end of this year!!!

Hotel De Bourgtheroulde in Rouen France
We stayed at Hotel De Bourgtheroulde in Rouen France. It was very difficult to find a way to this hotel. It was the first time to get lost with our excellent 'Navi'!!!
This hotel is one of the Marriott Autograph Collections. You can expect 'typical' Marriott services there.
The best point of this hotel was Sunday Brunch!
Beautiful appetisers, seafood, meat, egg station, cheese and desert... Everything was there! Really impressed with beautiful seafood there, I was not expecting to see a lot of sea food in Rouen though. Much better than I expected!
This hotel is situated in the convenient location of the city so good as a base to explore Rouen!

We stayed at Grand Hotel Barriere in Dinard France.
Unfortunately the weather was not good... It was raining...
In our room we had 2 balconies. One with sea view and the other one with town-side view.
Balcony1 with seaview
Balcony2 with town-side view
Presents from the hotel
We even could view the sea during our breakfast! It is a shame that the weather was not good on this day...
Hoping to go back there on a nice day!
Late Lunch Alone ♪♪
I went to Soho today. It was past 3PM.
I was looking for the place where I can have late lunch.
Most of the restaurants are closed 3PM-6PM. There were many cafe type of places there but I wanted to have something 'heavy'.
I found a perfect place. Indian restaurant Maharani!!!
They have Thali lunch. It recalled all the good memories in India!
This place is recommended for lunch after 3PM.

It started with a glass of champagne & strawberries. We both ordered one more glass of champagne! You can see how much we were enjoying it!
We also ordered 'usual' silver needle white tea.
This is one of my most favourite afternoon tea places in London. I also like this Apsleys restaurant for lunch & dinner. Beautiful food with excellent service!
